Located at 03°37'25" S, 12°48'11" W on Isla Verde in the Northwest Territories, Santa Elena (pop. 20,150) is GenDiver's main planetside headquarters. Very much a boom town, due mostly to the discovery of the xenosilicate Long John, Santa Elena also has some of the characteristics of a military installation due to the ongoing Sierra Nueva War.
