The Blue Planet Moderator's Guide is one of the two core rule books of the Blue Planet (BPv2) rpg. Its contents include descriptions of major settlements across the Pacifica Archipelago; the Field Guide containing writeups of many species; expanded notes on the history and structure of the GEO, Incorporate, and Earth; and an exploration of some of the setting's mysteries.
