The Viejo Parishes ("Annotto Parishes" in earlier editions of Blue Planet) form the heart of Harmony.

Backbay
Every city has its slum, every city has its bad areas; Backbay is Harmony's. From Moderator's Guide (BPv2) p 130:
Western Annotto Bay - called Backbay locally - is still home to many natives, and inexpensive housing has led many newcomers to the area as well. In some of Backbay's poorer neighborhoods, crime is rampant and abandoned houses serve as pharium dens. In most of the neighborhoods, armed NGC strongmen travel the streets and canals protecting their turf.
One of the sub-parishes is the Backbay Centre Cross.
