Tribunal of the Lost

Led by a radical Silva hybrid named Huge Johnny Blue, the Tribunal of the Lost are a mish-mash of failed newcomers, impoverished hybrids and half-breeds, and destitute native families. Unable to get the mayor of Haven’s attention and action, Huge Johnny Blue operates a Robin-Hood-style street gang. His minions follow strict orders, collecting goods for distribution amongst he neediest people living in the decrepit GEO-funded housing projects of Brighton (a suburb of Haven).
