Haven is Poseidon's first and largest city, home to fully a quarter of the planet's entire population.

Physical layout

Haven's districts include:

• Brighton
• the Central Business District
• The Wharf
• Oceanside
• Old Town
• The Floats
• The Terraces
• The Waterfront
• The Warehouse District

Gorkytown is an informal subregion.

Colonial Park is a popular relaxation spot.

Haven is the home of the Haven Institute for Science and Technology (HIST) and the Ballard Arcology.

Economy

Newcomers should be warned that, as the largest consumer market on the planet, Haven's prices are marked up significantly. Haggling and barter can mitigate the so-called "Haven tax," but it's impossible to avoid entirely, and a large factor in driving less wealthy residents to other settlements.
