Ballard Arcology

While the heart of the Biogene presence on Poseidon is the company town, Cliffside, the home of the Incorporate state’s political machine is the Ballard Arcology.

The Arcology sprawls across several city blocks in the Central Business District and is one of the tallest structures in Haven – the Triton Tower is the tallest. The Arcology is a complete, self-contained environment for the Biogene personnel living and working in Haven.

The Ballard Arcology is effectively a Biogene city in the middle of Haven. It supports upwards of 10,000 personnel, giving it a larger population base than most of the settlements scattered across the Pacifica Archipelago.
