CommCore

CommCore is Poseidon's equivalent to the Internet, it is a satellite-based computer network that everyone can access. From the description in Moderator's Guide page 228:

CommCore is the television, newspaper, telephone, town hall, shopping mall, movie theatre, video arcade, singles bar, business office, and public library of 2199. A person without computer access to CommCore is either an extreme eccentric or living on the most underdeveloped fringes of human civilisation.
